Our Vision
To build an inclusive African entrepreneurial ecosystem where high-growth female founders thrive — leading scalable, investable ventures that drive gender equity, economic transformation, and systemic change across the continent.
By 2030, we aim to support over 10,000 female founders across all 54 African countries, facilitating access to $500 million in funding, and helping create 100,000 jobs through female-led enterprises.
